Well there’s no way around it, 2021 has already started off with some serious mood swings. We’re still feeling pretty beat about by recent events and seeking any good news to provide solace.

I’m glad I do have some good news to share for all California wineries.

The California Department of Tax & Fee Administration or CDTFA has announced that they’ve extended the deadlines for your reporting.

Normally now in January you would owe at least two reports. The Sales & Use tax and the Winegrower tax reports. The deadlines for both of those are now moved out three months to April. So California wineries you can move a couple reporting tasks out on your to do list.
