We are living through unprecedented times. Our day to day lives have been impacted dramatically and for some the adjustments have been harder than for others. Government agencies in efforts to provide relief to us all have been offering delayed due dates for required reports and payments.

The TTB has just offered this as well. They shared a special edition newsletter yesterday March 31 in which they stated they are allowing postponed due dates for required reports for wineries (& breweries & distilleries) for 90 days for reports that are/were due starting March 1st. See their newsletter HERE

Do you know how often your winery is required to file the 5120.17 (report of wine premise operations) & the 5000.24 (excise tax)?

Do you qualify to file them annually? Quarterly?

That’s the topic of my next video. I share the qualifications your winery must meet to file these two reports either annually or quarterly. If your winery is in the quarterly category, or in the monthly filing frequency category, this TTB postponement due date announcement applies to you.
