In my April first blog post I shared about the postponed due dates the TTB had established for the two main required reports filed by wineries. The 5120.17 (report of wine premise operations) and the 5000.24 (excise tax report). 

The TTB  shared additional updates on July 13th listing the specific due dates for these reports. For example if you have not yet filed your 5120.17 report for Quarter 1, the postponed due date was pushed out to July 14th.

If your winery took advantage of the postponed due dates for either of these reports starting with your February or Quarter 1 reports (for those of you who file monthly or quarterly) some of those reports are now due.
